Brighter Days Grief Center - Gratitude Rocks

Family-focused grief center dedicated to grieving Minnesota families.  Providing free grief support resources, programs and services to children, young adults and adults who are grieving the terminal diagnosis or death of a beloved family member.

Move Fwd - Button Making activity

MoveFwd (formerly Teens Alone) serves young people and their families in the Twin Cities.  They provide; Barrier-free therapy, Housing assistance to young people who are experiencing or at risk for homelessness.  Housing programs for young adults who are learning how to live on their own.  A Drop-in center at Eisenhower Community Center for young people 15-24 as well as outreach in the community to connect young people to housing and basic needs resources.

SLP Police Department - SOL MURPH Challenge

The St. Louis Park’s Police, community outreach efforts include a number of special programs and strategies to strengthen community support and reduce the likelihood of crime. It has one sworn police officer assigned to community outreach. The community outreach officer coordinates citywide programs such as neighborhood watch, National Night Out and the Crime Free Multi-Housing program.

Their licensed mental health professionals provide assessment and psychotherapy services. Proven strategies are used in collaboration with physicians, schools, and others as needed. They are located in the western suburbs of Minneapolis, MN.
